Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability and are confirmed only once you receive written confirmation from Prime Ride by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Pricing & payment

Quoted prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included allowance, extra stops, tolls (Salik/Darb), parking, or changes to the agreed itinerary.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are shared with your booking confirmation and may vary by vehicle, date and service type.

Passenger conduct

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking.

Liability

Prime Ride is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to get you to your destination on time.
